Economy Premium Flex

1. Booking class: Y, B, M, S, H, K
2. Ticket cancellation/ Refund: Charged VND 500,000.
3. Ticket changes: Free

Exception for Lunar new year period: Charged VND 360,000.

• Change: Permitted to equal or higher fare only.
• Passenger have to pay fare difference and change fee (if any).
• Multiple change fee: Highest change fee of all change fare component applied.
• Change fee is not permitted to refund.

4. No-show: Charged VND 500,000.
   A no-show passenger is someone who has a valid reservation but requests to cancel their flight within 3 hours before departure time or does not show up on the flight.
5. Change name: Charged VND 360,000.
6. Advance seat selection: Free.
7. Hand baggage: 07kg.

Fares include a baggage allowance of two carry-on items weighting up to 7kg.

8. Checked baggage: 01 piece.

You can purchase checked baggage up to 23kg with total dimension (width + height + depth) of each piece must not exceed 158cm.
